Office Hours begin at 8 AM. Phone Hours are from 9:15 AM to 4 PM. Messages may be left for the office at any time day or night. You may also send non urgent messages to your provider via our patient portal. Portal messages will be answered during office hours only, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday.

Our phone lines can be very busy; please be patient. We begin answering phone calls at 9:15 a.m. We encourage you to leave a voice mail for specific requests including prescription refills, appointments and medical questions which you may have for your health care provider. Messages will be picked up by our office staff and routed to your specific provider.

Making an Appointment

Canceling an Appointment
Please give 24 hours notice if you must cancel your scheduled appointment. There is a $25 fee for missed appointments or appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours notice.

Jury Duty $15.00
All other Forms including FMLA, Insurance, Disability, Letters, etc $25.00
Forms will be filled out within 5 working days.
Co-pays are expected to be paid at the time of your visit. There will be an additional $10 fee charged to the patient if a co-pay is not paid at the time of the visit.
Most insurance companies require prior authorization for infusions. Prior authorization may take up to 7 business days to receive. Please note that it is your responsibility to notify us of any changes in health insurance at least two weeks prior to your scheduled infusion appointment.
As a patient, you are responsible for monitoring the amount of medication that you have. Please contact our office via the patient portal for refills at least 5 days prior to running out. If you do not have a patient portal account, please contact your pharmacy and have them contact your provider electronically. No emergency supplies of controlled substances will be phoned in to the pharmacy if you run out. Please do not wait until the day you run out of your medication to call for your refill. Refills will not be given during evening hours, on weekends or on holidays.
Please note that our office may close due to inclement weather. Please check for closings on WGRZ, WIVB and WKBW. We will be listed as Rheumatology Consultants of WNY.
Questions About Your Bill
Your insurance company is the best resource for most billing questions. If you have not done so already, please call the number on your insurance card. If your insurance company cannot resolve the issue, please submit your question via our patient portal. Our billing specialist will get back to you within one business day.
